What is Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT)?

Rapid Transformation Therapy is an extremely powerful form of hypnotherapy that has been transforming lives all over the world.

RTT hypnotherapy is a unique combination of many techniques, including Neuroplastic programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Talk Therapy and Neuroscience. RTT was developed over 30 years by the world-renowned British therapist Marissa Peer. Marissa is an internationally award-winning therapist, with RTT winning awards all around the world. Marisa is also a Best-Selling author of five books, working with a client list including International Superstars, CEOs Royalty and Olympic Athletes, during her 30 year career.

How does RTT work?

When in hypnosis we can access your subconscious mind where the beliefs that directly relate to the issue you want to resolve, this is where real understanding of the root cause (the reason it started) from here exciting change from your issue begins forever.

RTT gives you extremely powerful breakthroughs, so much quicker than talk therapy alone. With the knowledge of understanding when, why and where the origin of your issue came from, is how you can finally feel the empowerment about yourself, by letting go, recoding new positive, life changing beliefs, freeing you to live your life exactly the way you choose. Allowing you to never go, back continuing the old habits that had you feeling stuck.

How many RTT sessions do I need?

Therapy doesn’t need to be a long drawn out, painful process. Rapid Transformational Therapy can reach the root cause to your issue, delivering healing results in just one to three sessions. Every issue is unique, some resolve very quickly during the session itself, such as a fears, sleep problems, procrastination. Other issues are a little more complex such as Weight, Anxiety or Auto Immune and will need three sessions.

How will I know if RTT is the answer for me?

When you have tried everything else and they have failed to be consistent and long lasting. If you're ready and committed to change, then it's time to start the journey. With an RTT session you can begin to live an exciting and empowering life, just the way you imagined your life to be.   

When will I experience changes?

There are three types of changes from Rapid Transformation Therapy:

  • Immediate: you will see a massive shift right away. Immediate change in your physiology, the way you behave, the way you start thinking, this may even start through the session.

  • Incrementally:  you will see shifts consistently every day as the weeks go by.

  • Retro Actively: you don't see shifts straight away, but in a couple of weeks, when you look back, you see how differently things are now

in your life and how you don't react in the same way that you used to, it's almost snuck up on you without you noticing.

Are online sessions effective?

Completely. Online sessions can be even more effective, as your already in the safe and comfort surroundings of your own home. You are also able to take whatever time you need to relax after the session as an added bonus.
